WhelpkeepAccount & Settings reference
The Account & Settings area in Whelpkeep — your kennel profile, prefix, security and two-factor, payments and deposits, plan and billing, notifications, import and referrals.
Account & Settings is your control panel: your kennel details, security, payments, plan and preferences. Reach it from the menu, or by clicking your initials in the top-right corner.
Kennel name
The name buyers see — on listings, contracts and their puppy page. You can update it.
Prefix
Your kennel's registered prefix, if you use one. Optional. Appears where your kennel is identified.
Email and password
Your sign-in email and password. You can change your password here, and reset it from the login page if you forget it.
Two-factor authentication
Found under Security & Billing. Turn it on to require a 6-digit code from an authenticator app when you log in. Optional but recommended — see Security & privacy.
Payments & deposits
Where you connect Stripe so you can take deposits and balances. Deposits go straight into your own Stripe account. This is a one-time setup. See Take a deposit.
Plan & billing
Under Security & Billing: your current plan and trial status, the option to go annual or activate a litter, and a link to the Stripe billing portal for invoices and your payment method. See Plans & pricing.
Notifications
Choose which reminders and updates Whelpkeep sends you — for example money reminders and the weekly-update nudge. Optional preferences.
Import
Bring in your existing data from spreadsheets, documents and photos. See Import your existing data.
Profile & Access (referrals)
Your profile, and your referral invite link — invite another breeder and you both earn account credit when they subscribe. See Refer another breeder.
