Give buyers a puppy page
Each buyer gets a private, passwordless puppy page in Whelpkeep with weekly photos, weights, shared records and their contract and receipt — here's how to share it.
Every buyer gets their own private puppy page. They reach it through a single-use link you email them — no password needed. It shows their pup's updates, the records you've shared, and their contract and receipt.
What's on the page
- Weekly photos and weights
- The health records you've chosen to share
- Their contract and their receipt
Note — Each buyer's page is private. Buyers only ever see their own pup, never each other.
How buyers sign in
The page is passwordless. The buyer signs in with their email address using a single-use link you email them — there's no password to set or remember.
Share the link
You control the page from two places:
- Open the buyer's record, or open the pup's page.
- Use the copy the link option to get the buyer's single-use link.
- Email it to the buyer.
Tip — A paid deposit unlocks the buyer's puppy page, so taking a deposit is the usual moment to share it.
Next
The buyer signs their contract on this same page, and it's where their receipt appears after a deposit. To control what health records show, use the share with buyer toggle in Records & photos.
